adverts you really can't stand

Yeah, I don't like any TV ads, but there are two at the moment that REALLY can't stand: The Flash one with the dog, I have to mute it every time (usually I just ignore ads), but the worst is the moneysupermarket one. I cannot bear the visual of that big arsed guy in shorts for some reason. The previous ads were irritating but the current one seems to have a bunch of guys in shorts and a bunch of the builders as well. 100% true, I have to turn channels the second it comes on, absolutely can't stand seeing it. 

They seem to draw a lot of complaints!

Just be grateful those old Halifax adverts aren't on any more featuring 'howard'. They really did used to wind me up.

There have been times when I have actively avoided the product or supplier as the result of such adverts

I can't remember the last time I saw an ad on TV. I either watch BBC or I watch  on a DVR  and pause it, make a cup of tea and then sit down 15 minutes into the programme so I can jump ahead whenever ads come on.

The ads on LBC (radio) are almost universally shockingly bad.

Half of them seem to have been made on a budget of about 50p.

The rest seem to be lower budget.
