Got home today after a stupid early start to find a package in the kitchen.

"It's an early birthday present" says the missus.

Open the package and it's a TC Skysurfer and a TC The Prophet.

Very much unprompted and off her own back.

Really chuffed.

I know, right? Total surprise. Can't wait to try them out a bit later. 

I asked her why she chose them, and after an initial "they were nice pastel colours" she actually admitted she watched a bunch of vids and liked the way they sound, and picked them as she thought they'd be good for bass and guitar.
