Long shot question...

Has anyone else tried using a Boss Katana amp as an Audio Interface?

I know this is one of the features, but I cant seem to get it to work, and its frustrating the shit out of me. As im just starting to get into a bit of recording (for personal use/development), I decided to download the Presonus Studio One 3 prime software.

Ive installed all of the katana drivers, and when I open up the DAW, it picks up the Katana no problem. Creating a new track, arming it for recording etc is all straight forward, but im struggling to get it to actually pick up any guitar sound.

Amp is on, and connected to my PC via USB, and I have some headphones plugged in to the amp to use as monitors because I don't have any...well...monitors .

What the hell am I doing wrong?

Si ...no input level on the meters in S1 ?....assume you have set your channel input?.....have you checked the S1 routing?

Basically set up as per the instructions on the Presonus site, but ill have another look ...

Now sorted. Realised that I didn't have the latest Katana firmware installed, so did that and it now all works fine. I can finally start to do some basic recording
