...just refresh a few times. you should see a new, cleaner logo and the old header image should be gone. If that doesn't work, please post a screenshot in this thread and I'll see if there's anything I can do.

Looks OK on Safari & Chrome under iOS, plus Chrome on Win 7 (all PC), also on iPad running latest iOS version.

OK. I've got a potential fix for that, but it's going to take a fair bit of experimentation and testing. Probably won't go live until after the weekend.
