Clarks shoes.

What's Hot
I recently bought a pair of Clarks shoes for the first time.  I'd always considered them to be a bit 'old man' but I found a pair of hi-top style trainers (Lorsen Top) that I really liked on their outlet shop, so I pulled the trigger.

Blimey... they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever had and really well made, too.

But, is it acceptable to wear Clarks? My kids think it's hilarious...

I always get Clarks shoes. They generally get holes through the soles within a year of having them. Not sure if that's normal with all shoes. I should probably try some others.

  • I have size 14 feet (some shoes I actually need a 15). It's a nightmare shopping for shoes but Clarks stock sizes like that and they're generally not THAT expansive.

  • I'm a total convert. Comfy, often Goretex and decent looking - no worse than the fashion tat from Schu / Next / whatever.

They will also take care of any problems with no quibbling - I recently had a pair of boots replaced at nearly 2yrs old without the receipt, because a lump had appeared in the heel. Fashion brand shoes would have been binned before then.

I have Clarks nondescript ankle boots, goretex trainers, and jesus boots - all comfy - they do make some godawful designs though ! e.g. The Cornish Pasty ECCO range.
Imagine something sharp and witty here ......

Comfy and well made over looks and rock attire. You are officially old and on the descent into cardigans, slippers, body warmers and thermals.

Funnily enough, I am wearing thermals right now.  But then, our central heating is borked....

  • I walk funny and destroy shoes so Clarks are generally a bit expensive for me. If you are ever in Somerset you should pop into Clarks Village where they have their outlet store.
Anyone bumping into me at the guitar show this weekend can check out my sexy Decathlon trainers... :bleep_bloop:
Tipton is a small fishing village in the borough of Sandwell.

They look like Cornish pasties and are mostly brown. Do you play a fender?
