Amp head cabs

Im considering a chassis only jcm800 2204 clone and was wondering if it would fit in a smaller head (like the lead & bass) or would I need a custom job?

who makes good head cabs?

Depends on the chassis, you need to get a small box version, not the overly wide JCM800 2204 chassis as that needs a massive head box. you could probably fit the small box chassis in a 500mm wide head cab, very portable.

I've ordered from Chris a couple of times (medium heads both times), lead time was 2 - 3 weeks, normally replies to emails within 24 hours.

Are you building your 2204 clone or buying ready made?

@SL1210 I'm buying a ready made chassis that was on the classifieds here. Cab now on order from Chris!

Have you any experience with the Ceriatone?

Late to this sorry rico, but yes i think normally a fortnight roughly, mine was longer but he had an enforced delay at the time.
