JHS - Great Customer Service
After 5 years, hundreds of gigs and the many times of the guitar strap being put on and removed the strap lock on my Vintage V100 Paradise finally gave up the will to live last night.
Rang JHS this morning who said they'd have a look, find a stockist and get back to me. Ten minutes later I get a phonecall from a guy in their parts department (also called Chris) who advised they'd a spare strap lock in stock and would send it out to me free of charge.
Great service especially when you consider this guitar is well out of warranty.
