Strings Direct asks over thirty quid for just the pot - when in stock.
One of my examples already has all of the necessary jumper connections on the circular PCB. It also has a couple of short white wires, unattached at one end, that look long enough to reach the selector switch. (Soldering to the selector switch is considerably less hassle than soldering onto the S-1 PCB.)

At the time of this writing, my ex-Baja Telecaster S-1 pot/switch does not waggle. A second example, on an American Deluxe Telecaster, does. Hence, I cannot guarantee that my S-1 switch will not eventually fail in exactly the same way as your current one. They might very well all be like that. (Made In Taiwan?)
