I’m too tight to buy the proper rack mount kit for my Shure wireless units, so I intend to fix them to a plain metal rack shelf. What suggestions do you have for fixing one of these;
to one of these;
?
I’m not a fan of Velcro as it allows too much movement and the unit would feel ‘wobbly’. Double-sided tape perhaps? Cable ties? Sticky double-sided pads ? Dismantle and screw through the unit cases ? Chewing gum?
Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.

Been uploading old tracks I recorded ages ago and hopefully some new noodles here.

That 3M stuff looks amazing... I'm getting some to try. Thanks guys.

Go easy with the Dual Lock, small squares in the corners will be plenty. For pedals I cut it into thirds, lengthways - it's strong.
There's also a 3m double-side gel tape which will add less height if that is a problem.

That stuff that Guitarist used to use for their cover CDs (as long as you never need to get it off again).
