The bass is low in the mix but I'd say it was following the root 99.9% of the time, and for the rest it's just just the odd passing note before landing on the root again.
I know you want Tab, but presumably you know what the note names are at each fret?
Look at the guitar tab sites and play the roots. Put your own choice of passing notes in.
I'm away from my bass at the moment but using https://virtualpiano.net/ to play along with it... are is it:
Verse
D, C, B flat, D (repeat)
Bridge
F, E, D flat (repeat)
And the chorus
G F D C (Repeat) then B flat, A (although the bass seems to drop out for the last 2 notes)
Then behind the solo the Verse structure seems to swap the last D for an A
Somthing like that anyway!
I’m so bored I might as well be listening to Pink Floyd
Although he seems to be following the vocal a bit rather than the guitar

They all go up the same way, just they start at a different open note - EADG.
So the first note of OATS is a D. That is the open D string, or 5th fret on the A string. Same note.
Then it's a C - that's the third fret on the A string.
Then B flat. That is 1st fret on the A string
Then back to D again.
With the diagram and my notes you could draw the tab out yourself.
If you get stuck let me know and I'll do it one night after work.
