2. I've never tried to grab a drum groove from a full mix, so I couldn't comment on how effective that would be.
I’ll have another look on YouTube tonight for No.2.
Thanks.
I had a look yesterday and it looks like it will only work with drum audio, which completley makes sense.
From the Toontrack website:
"Simply drop your drum audio material in Tracker, let it quickly analyze your content and in no time, you’ll be able to preview the MIDI based on your original tracks. Start blending, augmenting, replacing and creating!"
I'm still interested to see what that Led Zeppelin track would sound like, although I'm pretty sure it could be messy.
2. Me either.
FWIW The best snare in all of the libraries is the Nashville snare. I use it on everything.

Edit: Really liking this. Have been using it more than EZDrummer2, although maybe thats "new toy syndrome!"
It's a very good bit of kit & I'm enjoying the resize window features very handy. ATM I have only downloaded the 1st download. Will continue with the others when I've got to grips a bit more with it.
Anyone else think that the 1st 2 downloads cover enough ground for them?
