I have one, brand new - Had it for a long time waiting to make a hybrid Piezo/electric guitar.
It's the same as the ones they were putting in the Hamer Duotone guitar

Just a quick double check - mine is the HEQ-A which was the acoustic guitar circuit that Hamer put in the Duotone - is that the one that you needed?

I think it might work as it would only be there to drive the piezo bridge signal...

I've made a call today and may also be able to get hold of an HEQ-E like you asked for 
There was an A version and E version - trying to decode the difference
I hopefully will have some info tomorrow including price
