Earthquaker Devices Talons pedal.

Bought from new and used at a handful of gigs but already have a couple of drives on my board and making room for something a bit more different.

It's in as new a condition as if you bought from a shop with all the extras that come with it (bag, stickers, free patch cable, etc.)
