Post requiring approval.

I've just had a pop-up saying my post will be displayed after approval.
Is there a reason for that?
I understand for new members but I've been here a few months now and never noticed this before.

Not randomly no. 

Presumably one of your posts looked sufficiently like spam that the filter took exception to it. This happens to everyone at some point.
Once you've been manually verified as a non spammer (which I've just done) the filter ignores you from then on.

Ah, I was just trying to figure this out.  I've just had a post come up with the same message.  I'm guessing it's flagged up automatically because I'm a relatively new member and I included a link in the post.
