the "Tributes" section

It has been suggested that we create a separate section for the RIP threads and any other rememberings of those once with us. but now gone off someplace else.

TBH, each time there is a high profile departure, we tend to get separate RIP threads started up in different sections of the forum, which we then run around trying to combine appropriately, so a dedicated section seemed like a good idea.

So, the "Tributes" section is borne (under the Chat area of the forum).

I also feel we need a section for news related posts, one for emp fab, one for food related stuff, another one for posts that have less than 4 lines int he opening post, one for helix etc/
