SORTED: Gold anodised Jazzmaster pickguard

Looking for a gold anodised Jazzmaster pickguard, preferably one taken off a Squier J Mascis, because it'll be a guaranteed fit.

It's to fit a Squier Vintage Modified Jazzmaster, which I believe is the same size as a US AVRI - there's a guy on eBay selling some, but they don't look as high in quality as the one on the Mascis models.

I bought the eBay one, it's not a great fit, I've had to fill and re-drill some holes, but it's now fitted.

I think it's a bit more bronze than the usual J Mascis one, but I quite like it, it contrasts well with the paint job.

Yeah, I think the angle of light/reflection changes the way it looks a lot, from certain angles it's very gold, others more bronze.

I like those knobs, might have to steal that idea.

@GavRichList are the knobs from an amp?

Witch hat knobs - they were standard on Jazzmasters from circa '65. Essentially they're just fender amp knobs though, yes.

That looks superb. I'm now quite tempted to get my Squier Mascis refinished like that. Lovely job!
