Hi all as above - I tried a couple of Chinese ones off eBay but weren't right, perhaps cut for a '62? Anyway, anyone got one?

Just out of interest, where did the guards you've tried not fit? Control plates, thimbles?

It was the neck pocket and lower bout really - couldn't even get it round them in a way that would like up with anything else!

Gotcha. They can be a pain but with a bit of fiddling with the control plates usually fit ok. Neck pocket a different story I suppose.

Yeah it's a bit too short and the curve from the neck to the lower bout is significantly deeper than on my guard so it wouldn't ever line up with the body properly. Bit of a pain - I thought the AV65 would basically be the same as the new Squire and MIM Jags and be an easy job...
