    On another forum it quotes 20 minutes over 50 mph every 500 miles to regen the filter but if you do a lot of Motorway driving it'll always be fine. Mainly Town driving and you have to be a bit more careful.

    I've heard that quite a bit about the sometimes inaccurate trip readings, if mine can do over 450 miles on this 35LTRs of diesel then I'll be well happy anyway.

    I'm out gigging most weekends and nearly always up the M66 so it always gets a run. It's weird when you get a car that good on fuel you want to feather foot it more.

    I think its much easier with a diesel given the torque, I can toodle around at 1200rpm in every gear and still have better response and pick-up than my petrol/lighter Almera did at 2000rpm. At 2000rpm in the Mondeo the turbo is getting involved and it feels like its about to take off!

    I was getting used to not having a car any more (it was the ex's, she took it when we split) but now I want a car!
