When threads are merged..

The mods merged my thread and @ICBM's as they were both about Hurricane Ophelia. Very sensible, no problem in that action.

One thing I noticed is that I was no longer notified when someone commented on 'my' thread. I presume that ICBM continued to receive comment notifications. Very trivial I know, but is it possible to set it up that both or more thread starters be notified in the event of a thread merge? If not, then no problem.

Not as far as I know @Rocker - it's not an option within the merge command.

It's something that you'd have to do manually, ie bookmark the thread that yours has been merged into.
