So one of the saddles on my yamahas stock bridge kind of crumbled. I didn’t realise this could happen - it’s on the high E though it’s usually had 12s on it til just recently I went back to 11s, maybe it just had the most pressure on a single point? Anyway, it’s gone too deep to be any use now. I was thinking about replacing the saddles but frankly I think I’d rather have a decent quality unit in there. Anyone got something lying around? It’s the small/thin post with thumbwheels rather than the big posts with screw slots, if that makes any sense. Cheers!

There’s one on eBay, £30 for a tonepros locking model - any opinions on whether that’s a decent price??
