Fylde Guitars, excellent service
Emailed fylde guitars yesterday eve to ask about strings for my new mando (NMD post to follow when I've woken up and taken some pics), got a reply almost straight away asking for more details then a further reply telling me what I needed to know.
Was really impressed that Roger up there took the time out of his day to answer my questions, even though I'm not even a customer. Nice to see that level of commitment and service still exist, and if I ever get more than 2 pennies to rub together, I'll be sure be looking at their range.
