What would you report him for?  I’ve only ever looked at a few ads and he always says what model he started with.  he’s not scamming anyone as far as I can see I’m just amazed people will pay that kind of money for a guitar he’s practically wrecked IMO.

I've studied trade mark law (postgrad diploma through work) and by claiming that "The Painted Player" is a registered trade mark when it isn't (easily checked) is a criminal offence under Section 95 of the Trade Marks Act 1994!
