Whats the pick of Gibson Les pauls and SGS with fast necks and hot pickups??

I'm looking for a les paul or possibly SG , I'll likely be going 2nd hand.

I'm playing a 1990 les paul custom, so I'm lookign for something with a similar slim/fast neck ,and hot aggressive sounding pickups rather than the more vintage spec type.

I'm bewildered by the choices!!

Anyone help me narrow  it down??

Depends on what it is ! 2nd hand Les Paul budget I’d say .

Axcess is a pretty fast feel with a slim neck and Hitoshi pickups.    The non Trem version is probably more to your taste.

The 70s tribute SG & LP combined a thinner neck with Dirty Fingers pickups- you should be able to get one for £400 second hand.
