I've seen quite a few Little Bear FX pedals around but don't know anything about them
 What are they like?

I have the R:Attack or whatever it's called Rat clone.

Apparently it is pretty good as a clone - I wouldn't know - but it is a very good distortion pedal as far as I'm concerned. And it was less than 20 quid.

The R:Attack is really very good. Not just for the price either, which is quite frankly insane for what it does.

I've just bought Sarge's Woolly Mammoth clone from the classifieds, I had one before and don't really know why I sold it as it sounds great. No idea if it sounds like a woolly mammoth as I've not had one but sounded good, big metal enclosure, cool light up mammoth on the front which is cool

They seem to be listed as bass effects. Are they ok for guitar?

I used the mammoth one with a telecaster through a Pro Junior amp and it sounded good
