Big box DMM needs a boost

Hey guys, just picked up a 90’s Deluxe Memory Man which sounds fantastic so good in fact that I’m going to get rid of my timeline. Only issue is the slight volume drop when engaged... I want to put it in its own loop with a slight boost to combat this. 

Are there any pedals out there which will do both or will I need a separate line selector and boost pedal?

Works fine but the dip in level is a common issue on these older DDM’s.

Um. Are you sure? You're the first person I've heard claim that. The preamp on my 90s DMM works great to overdrive my amplifier and I've heard of other people doing the same. Your pedal might be borked.
