Solderless DC kit?

Does anybody know of a solderless DC kit that provides cinch plugs that would be suitable for my Cioks DC5? Or some high quality cinch plug DC cables like this?

They are standard RCA connectors like you use with hifi equipment. I used one to make up an extra cable for an Adam link.

The RCA connectors as stated above by Winny_Pooh, I just didn't know they were called RCA.

I've seen loads on ebay.
Some of them from Malaysia, some of them from the UK.
They're about £1.50 apiece.

Jinkies. Those 3 Monkeys ones are about £12 per cable! No wonder they're keen on "freedom from the currently bundled, cheap plastic DC power plugs".

These are £1.10 each with one end ready done and one end free to chop down to whatever length you need, then two solder connections - two minutes' work at most.

I've been considering this kind of thing to go on the above type of cable. Not pretty, but reasonably compact and - more importantly - solderless, so they're great if you change your set-up a lot. They are on eBay for less than £2 each or cheaper for bulk.

They look a much more sensible bet. Bit of big heatshrink maybe to protect the connections.

Not sure you'd need to, so long as you cut to length and make sure all exposed wire goes inside.

Probably not, but if want a bit of support for the lead.

Actually, I'd put bootlace ferrules on too.
