Getting back into the Youtube game and coming clean!

So a bit of self promotion for anyone thats interested. I've decided that with some spare time on my hands, I'm starting my Youtube channel back up but changing things up a bit and figured I'd give you lovely lot a heads up on why. 

2010 I was working for Peavey and had an unhealthy obsession with pedals which started a few years before. Looking at Youtube demos and such, I decided to have a go myself and my channel was born. It had an amount of success and I genuinely wish I'd have done more with it. I'd probably be better off than I am now. 

Anyway, because of who I was working for and have worked for since, there was an amount of conflict of interest so I did it all under a pseudonym. Trev. That was my nickname at school just in case you were wondering. It just carried on and I left it. Then I just didn't have any time to do anything with the channel and it lay dormant.

So fast forward to now and I still get emails from Youtube that people comment and still subscribe so I guess now is as good a time as any to start things back up again. There will be an amount of rebranding and a full introduction to me explaining why my name actually isn't Trev and why I did things the way I did. Just thought I'd explain here first. 

I'm sure most of you are thinking how boring this is but, hopefully, some of you have seen the channel before, maybe found something useful and maybe, if you haven't already, you will subscribe and maybe get something out of it. Hopefully I won't lose too many in the changeover. Got the last Trev videos going up over the next few days which I filmed ages ago. Hope you enjoy.

Ha, when you said Trev, I knew who you were. Telecaster, Budda Superdrive 18. I've appreciated your pedal play throughs over the years. I believe I saw you in a YT video recently and recognised your voice from the Toneshack too.

Funny thing about the voice. I didn't realise how distinctive it was until there were comments on things I did for Andertons and GAK asking if I was Trev. I just thought my voice was really boring and no one would listen to it.

Quality of sound is excellent with no frills, just the demo's which is what people want.

Can I make a constructive criticism? Can you take your camera off auto focus? It will add to the awesomeness!

Absolutely. I've always been a photographer rather than a videographer so never really had the lighting or gear for it. Just invested in some better stuff so from here on in the quality should be better. Apart from the ones I'm upoading right now. They were all ambient light and iPhone.
