I saw these and messaged him that it was a tele not a strat.  Guitars look kosher (to me anyway) but its an odd listing/description.

Yes, funny how the guitars for sale have descriptions that have multiple spelling and grammatical errors yet the laptop sale reads correctly. Fishy.

It affects tone. Deceased grandad means more midrange in my experience.

So I've had a few messages from him, as I tried to make an offer on the strat :-)

He's come back to me and said - absolutely no paperwork on either guitar... 



I also think the bids are being bounced off the walls - whilst you'll see the odd bidder with feedback, there are a lot with under ten.
On a high end guitar that's iffy.

Possibly a foreign seller (nothing wrong with that, just effects the grammar occasionally) but could absolutely be dodgy!!

Yuriy Shishkov....masterbuilder. Would be a £3500 guitar secondhand...if it were with COA and legit. The Tele Thinlines tend to be around £2k.
If the guitars actually exist they may well be stolen ones. Think the pics are outside because the lighting in the caravan wasn't so great. The pic of the laptop certainly looked like it was taken in one. If anyone goes to collect them , can you ask if they have my friends Jack Russell they stole too.....that's not a joke either btw.
