So I sent off 48 bucks for some Ty Tabor CDs almost a month ago tae MOLKEN MUSIC and the CDs are still sitting in the warehouse.

He has answered just one of 5 emails explaining that he has some health issues at the moment ( quite true TBF) and some problems with his music site that requires sorting out before he can send off CDs c/w tracking

realistically I could be looking at many,many months here......at what point do I mention tae him that I am considering a PP refund tae kick start his resolve to get things moving?
