Android heart rate monitor

Does anyone know of an always on heart rate monitor app for android? I have a Garmin HRM strap and would like to record my heart rate over the course of a normal day, so not activity specific. I don't think the Garmin connect app does this so I was wondering if anyone knows a third party app that would.
