PSA - those Marshall Astoria amps at less than half price

The Astoria amps sound great. I don't mind the look of them (at least the blue and red ones, the green is hideous imo) but I guess guitarists are quite a conservative bunch. The Custom and Dual have a big thick classic Marshall tone.

They look like Free, sound like Zep, swing like Aerosmith. I’d like to make a small bet that they’re not currently on the internet arguing about how EL84s don’t ‘sound proper’.  Look at the singers face right at the start, he’s loving it. 

Fair play to them.  

I’m glad he’s not using a plexi, surely I’m not the only one who’s heartily bloody sick and tired of the endless fetishisation of Marshall’s only ‘good’ amp.
