That's an excellent amp for that crisp, sparkling oldschool Fender sound! The Mark 2 version is even better and with the built-in attenuator it's a lot easier to balance the channels.

The Mark 1 is very treble biased ,almost ice-pick
The mark 2 is much better .........I don't care what anybody says or circuit suggests .....it has a very Vox sound to me
