Replacement handle for Cornford Roadhouse

Hi

(Great to be back from the old MR boards)

I have just bought a second hand Cornford Roadhouse 30 combo. Absolutely rockin' fantastic!

It looks in good condition except the handle is knackered. The rubber is split exposing the metal band which digs in when carrying. (Jeez - its heavy!)

I have looked all over the usual parts suppliers but am not sure what a direct replacement will be.

Any ideas appreciated.

All cabinet hardware virtually without exception comes from Penn Elcom.

Looking in the Penn catalog it looks like you need handle H1009/01.

You can't buy from Penn Elcom direct unless you have a trade account, but you can get this handle from Swan Flightcases:

Thanks JPF for taking the time to lookup the part and the link. It is the exactly the right one at a seemingly good price of £1.09! However postage is a flat £9.00!  Still cheap compared to the amp, but wait there's more...

With the help of Mr Google, searching for the part number came up with this:

Free postage so £1.32 all in.

    Great stuff!
