Isolated/Ground-Lift ABY box

Howdy folks - I'm in need of an ABY unit - I want something isolated and ground-liftable so that there definitely aren't any noise issues. A phase switch would also be helpful. 

I'd like something without a footswitch (I'll be running 2 amps all the time)  and ideally i'd not like to spend a fortune on it (which rules out the Gigrig Humdinger)

Any alternatives out there?
