Sick of waiting for Axe FX III, talk me out of buying an amp!

I'm seriously getting fed up of waiting now and gas has taken over. Tell me im making a mistake by buying an amp and going back to IRs and pedals and stuff!

I'll be honest and say that I was stupid selling my Axe II to fund this...or at least selling it so early. Damage limitation etc, etc...

surely you don't have to go full hog and get a huge amp and pedal setup?

if it gets you playing just get a little amp and 1 or two pedals, feel the simplicity. Then the axe3 will seem even more impressive if it even turns up!

You're right there, I dontd need to go the full shebang, but it was an either/or choice, so would have gone full analog. As it stands, my gas has subsided and im back on track now.

Waiting list in Europe won't be addressed until May at the earliest. I may go grab a Katana in the meantime, maybe.

Been using Native quite a bit. Great piece of software. Not sure about it as a full-on hardware solution. Love the Bogner and ENGL models on there! :-)

If you already have Native then I'd just wait on the Axe FX 3.

Demo expired last week, as did Sgear! So I'm clutching at straws now. I'll wait, just being a bit impatient.
