I just stuck a few quid on man city to qualify,  my heart wants Liverpool but I don't think anyone in England can get near city on their day and they can't be as bad as in the first leg

I don't see how anyone but Salah could be named player of the season in the league this year. He has it all.

Crapped it all through the first half but now feeling extatic! This Liverpool side showed great character to get through that onslaught and now well on top. I love Klopp.

I think Liverpool get a bad press, all day I read about how City would still do it, Liverpool couldn't stop them etc, looks to me like Liverpool always planned to ride the first half out as best they could and score the away goal or two in the second.

I'm a Liverpool fan and have been watching in a local NW London pub.  I sat next to some Irish bloke it turns out is a Liverpool fan too.

Once the game was over (come on you Reds) I found out he plays guitar and as a young man, he supported bands like Icicle Works, Echo & The Bunnymen and Big Country in Dublin.

He's not in a band anymore but still plays, and we have a date in the same pub for the semi-final.

BTW I don't have BT Sport at home and am a bit confused at seeing Gary Linear on something that isn't Match of the Day.

  Also, the pub emptied at the final whistle and nobody was interested in post-match interviews.  Fucking glory hunters
