Are we raffled out?

I have/had amassed a pile of goodies that I was planning on raffling away to raise funds towards the running costs of the forum.

The first one went quickly.
The second one went not-quite-so-quickly
I've got two more to run

As the second raffle went not-quite-so-quickly, I'm wondering whether (a) we're raffled out, or (b) whether the second prize pot wasn't as attractive as the first, hence it being a harder sell?


Perhaps I run the next ones as quick auctions instead?

Sort of (b) although I didn't do either.  I'm planning to do 3 and 4 though as I really like the look of the prizes.

I know it's for charity and all, but I would feel bad going for a raffle where I would just put the prizes in the classifieds.

It still did sell out in a few days though. I don't think that's bad going. 
At a guess the Thorpy one was always going to get the most interest so that might account for some difference as well.

I was waiting for the guitar body raffle but entered the current one as they weren't moving so quick.  I still would like to enter the guitar body raffle and would have a pop at the Keeley one.

Have you drawn the supro boost one yet? I fed your dogs some good quality sausages so fancied my chances : )

Raffle raffle! An auction will benefit the person with the most cash tbf, with a raffle the chances of bagging the prize are much more even.

I've entered one of the two so far and would be interested in one of the other two. I think the end of the month/pay day comment is a good 'un.

I'm actually sat here with my leg on a stool, and an icepack around my ankle, so it might happen today, or it might not ...

I entered the Chain Home raffle; the gig bag + Supro weren't so appealing to me so I passed.  I'd definitely be up for entering others in future though (eyes Keeley pedal pile).

I wanted the first prize (But didn't win - I don't even like cats and dogs!)

I didn't want the second one (But do like thefretboard - and knowing my luck I'd have won it...)

You could roll up all the remaining prizes, sell say 60 tickets and then draw the prizes individually.

I entered the second and not the first as I wanted the prize more for the second one than the first do waited for that one to donate. Can't remember what the other prizes were but may well take a punt on one if it's something I'd like. Not sure if that's typical of everybody else though
