It’s a digital reverb on these so it won’t be the usual spring-reverb problem of a broken wire in the tank. I can’t remember if the reverb module is on a separate PCB, but if it is then it could possibly be the jumper connector to the main board making a poor contact - but if not that, it’s most likely a faulty reverb module.
