    There was a ton of relief in the neck when it arrived set up with 9's so the action was unplayable, and the truss rod was so tight I didn't dare try to tighten it any more.  There was also a crack running all the way from the neck mounting screw right around the neck pocket which he failed to mention and when asked about it said 'it's only in the finish', so what?.  He's refunded me less £300 because in his opinion the guitar was OK.  Lesson learned, and thankfully not as expensive as it could have been
