Out 0f curiosity what's the difference between RG550 models Standard LTD and EX?

Inlays.  Scratchplate and paint I believe.

I had one of these and must say that this is one hell of a bargain! Really well-built guitars and so nice to play, the only reason I sold mine was that I already had too many RG550s and I got it in a trade.

If it had been my only RG550 I would have kept it, as it was bloody great to play. Mine sold for a lot more than this one, so I really must say this one is bloody cheap.

Really great guitars. Sold mine with maple board and regret it.
