Top (and rear) routing done as well as neck pocket. Outer shape also sorted
Roundover sorted. Dirt cheap router bit but I got away with it!
Body mostly sorted and sanded bar a few tweaks. I have to say that I am very pleased with how it has gone. Most satisfying.
Because they are such a familiar shape, you tend to forget just how relatively complex they are...

May I respectfully suggest that you contour the neck block / rear of the lower horn like the Guthrie Govan Charvel? Makes upper fret access so much easier...

Drilling holes. The template has double sided tape on then was clamped with pressure to make sure it stayed put
fret markers fitted, slots cut deeper to allow for fretboard radius
9.5" radius sorted. I might take it down a bit more tomorrow though.
