A few years back I remember seeing these at a guitar show and was taken with the small 7 watter, the little chopper. Never see these come up for sale, anyone had experience of these amps?

I tried one at ToneWorld once - the Little Chopper. It was excellent, very transparent, quite HiFi and had its own thing going on, could easily dial in a multitude of sounds. High end stuff.

Steve Crow (builder) is a great guy and his stand alone pedal/amp The Big Trees has a lot of top producers foaming at the mouth although I'm yet to try one. I don't think he has many stockists currently - preferring to deal direct al la Lazy J etc.

Jarred Followill from Kings of Leon has being touring with a Bass Chopper rig for a few years now and I believe Butch Vig is a user too.
