    Could be, but it would require a lot of work and £££ to get it to its original condition. Other than that, what proof is there that this is a genuine 61', just a decade later and the value drops, it could just as easily be a 70's one...

    I guess the value of the wood would be good if it is a '61.

    The neck joint says pre 66ish, and the pickguard holes are for a small earlier shape scratchplate - BIG project though!

    Haha I have a few ideas of what to do with it, Im probably going to try to get it restored back to original spec in polaris white. Apparently the neck has no breaks which i guess is a bonus.....  looks like im going to spending alot of time on ebay and reverb hunting down parts.
