Based on the core Paul's Guitar model, this PRS Brushstroke 24 Limited solidbody electric guitar shares the same carved, figured maple top and "brushstroke" bird inlay design; however, this guitar also puts 24-fret, tremolo versatility in your hands. It also uses East Indian rosewood for its fingerboard and headstock inlay rather than Brazilian rosewood, and dispenses with the "dirty" artist-grade top in order to keep its cost down.

To give this PRS Brushstroke 24 Limited solidbody electric guitar a rich yet balanced sound, PRS began by choosing the tried-and-true combination of mahogany topped with a carved, figured maple top. This Brushstroke 24's mahogany body gives you natural tonal warmth, which is offset perfectly by the brighter tone of its maple top. Together, these tonewoods give you an incredibly balanced sound.

Custom-wound 408 pickups with switching provide endless tone

When PRS released their Signature Limited model, everyone who got a chance to check out the new 408 pickups was absolutely blown away. But true to his perfectionist nature, Paul Reed Smith continued to tweak these 100% proprietary pickups to perfection. In fact, he discovered that by tightening up the pickup field on a 408 Bass pickup, he was actually able to create an even better-sounding treble pickup. This PRS Brushstroke 24 electric guitar features a pair of these amazing 408 pickups. But it doesn't stop there, these amazing pickups also have dedicated mini switches, so you can shift to the timeless single-coil sound instantaneously. Best of all, there is no volume loss when switching to single-coil mode!
