Super service - washing machine content

At 16.30 yesterday afternoon my washing machine decided to pack-up. It's pretty old and not worth repairing. Hunted round the internet and found a Bosche machine being sold at a competitive price from Appliances Online. Placed the order at 17.30 [Bank Holiday Monday] and included the old machine removal service and the plumb the new new machine in service.

At 7.00 am this morning I got a text message to say the machine was on its way. At 7.55 a driver with a Polish accent phoned to say he was five minutes away and by 8.30 the old machine had gone, the new machine was plumbed in and my first load is washing. Great price and a great service.

We tend to get through washing machines quite a bit, so we rent - if we have any problems, a new one magically turns up the next day (at no cost). Given the fact that they kept expiring just after the warranty period ended, this is actually far cheaper
