Opinions shouldn’t be weapons. Personally, I’ve never heard a musician I couldn’t either play with or learn from. Some took me longer to connect with than others but none were overrated. They just do what they do. Comparisons are another thing that crack me up. ‘Is Jimmie Vaughan better than Slash?’ Erm...

Yeah, there is a degree of that out there. Perhaps drama queens walk a little taller? Feel free to substitute ‘hate’ for any other word you feel is appropriate. I just never understood why people post about their negative opinions, you know, who cares?
