I'm in Moray, NE Scotland. I can get 4G+ in some places with download speeds of over 100Mbps which puts my home fibre connection to shame.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore

When the place that you are is just north of Dunbar, that's a Moray

When the eel doesn't spark and sting in your eye, that a moray

5G without a large data plans is useless isn't it? EE who are rolling it out is the company we are stuck on where we live. Their data isn't cheap.

4G is sufficient per device for streaming video. Whenever I travel the hotel WiFi is usually fine these days or pay a small one off charge. BBC and Netflix allow some offline download.

I can't see where the incentive is for anyone to upgrade their phone to access 5G for the moment. Even if the live in one of the cities where 5G is being rolled out.
