I've got a lovely Duesenberg Paloma in red sparkle, mint condition in Dusey case. I love it, it’s got a fantastic Bigsby-a-like that puts Gretsch to shame.  It’s covers very similar sonic territory to my HSS strat, and my strat wins out because of its lovely beefy neck. A Dusey Caribou would have been a better fit for me than the Paloma. Lesson learned....

i’m just curious as to what is about in trade. I like a Gretsch....

i’m In no hurry. Expecting heated resistance
from my wife, as this is her favourite of my guitars.

Sold.  Many thanks for looking

A very lovely guitar but don’t forget folks, a Duesenberg is for life, not just for Christmas.

It does play beautifully, the Bigsby is awesome.  Been playing it today actually. Sounds epic through my 5E3.

Oh, btw. It’s setup with 10’s on it. New set.
I normally play 11’s, but as the Dusey Bigsby is so beautifully balanced for the subtlest if shimmers with 10’s, I was worried that putting 11’s on it might result in a bit of stiffness with the Bigsby (it can happen), so I didn’t bother changing gauges. It’s just perfection as it is. Best Bigsby I’ve got, and I got a lot!

    Blimey Paul - that's lovely.

Normally if I see a Duesey listed I don't even click out of curiosity as they are just too 'out there' for me.

Now, even though this is WAAY out there (and possibly even over the fence at the back of Out There), I love it.

Sadly I'm on a 'no more guitars' regime for the time being, but if I weren't, I'd be sorely tempted.

    Good luck.

Buy with confidence peeps - Paul is one of the FB star seller/buyers...

    My trading feedback  - I'm a good egg  ;)
