Anywhere in the UK sell neck shims?

I'm after something like this from Stewmac but can't find anywhere in this country that sells them:

Not only that but he can tell how much credit has been loaded on to the Oyster card

Not much on mine any more ... I turn 60 next month so I can charge around London getting my coke and loose women at Transport For London's expense.

Someone asked me if i used plain or figured maple in me PAF spacers once ... I kid you not!
