What is this custom one you mention?

He is only about two or three into production but the custom has the boost before the OD and is capable of FOA or pre amp use and has a "sizzle" knob to take the stock Jester smooth tones into Harlot territory and boasts an upgraded boost EQ function

@Gassage He also has the Serf boost ( single valve boost c/w 3 EQ modes) coming out shortly. The prototype can be seen in action on an upcoming episode of TPS

Oh BTW folks,  the the custom is not a replacement for the V2,it's a stand alone new addition to the pedal family

Like you told me when I bought the Harlot....once you try one Kingsley pedal, it sends you down the rabbit hole....so tempting!

It’s great man, really love it! The separate footswitch is causing me pedalboard headache though!

Does the Jester cover similar ground? Can it do more? Wondering if I should replace....

The Jester is a TAD smoother in voicing...more "polite" and has 3 x really usable EQ settings for the boost

EQ mode 3 is my favourite and is a nice warm mid boost...the boost is post OD and can also be used on it's own to boost down stream ODs or valve amps ( works a treat here at pushing a cookin' valve amp) but the Jester is not as rock and roll as your Harlot but still has enough gain for most folk. It's just voiced smoother i guess, not as much high end or "sizzle"

I have stuck it on eBay for the same price as the last sold eBay Jester V2 (£440).....it's unmarked and only 18 months old, I don't know why myself it's still here ...ach well

I nearly bought that just for the statement that it's from a sex free home LOL. I had to chuckle at that. Unless it's true?
